The backyard

The backyard looks pretty good this time of year. Actually, this is behind the backyard, but it is still behind the house. Our property line goes down the middle of the creek. I have always wondered how you measure the middle of the creek when the creek is always moving. Hmmm.

This year I am able to spend more time down in the creek. I am doing a little gold panning, and a little clearing. I am hoping to clear a path along the creek so we can walk along it. Right now most of the area is unusable. Blackberry vines, downed tree limbs and what not make it difficult to walk along the creek without walking down the middle of the creek. But that's pretty fun to.
